Q: Will I get a refund for an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion?
A: When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
Here are some examples:
- Buy One, Get One Free: If your first qualifying item is $60 and your second qualifying item is $40, the $60 item will be discounted by $24 and the $40 item will be discounted by $16, which gives you a total discount of $40. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.
- Buy One, Get One 50% Off: If your first qualifying item is $60 and your second qualifying item is $40, the $60 item will be discounted by $12 and the $40 item will be discounted by $8, which gives a total discount of $20. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.
Q: My item is damaged after wearing/washing?
A: If an item has been worn and/or tried on, and becomes damaged, Maryluu will not be held responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return. If an item is washed, Maryluu will not be held responsible to replace an item and will not accept the return.
Q: What if my package was returned to sender?
A: If your package has been returned to sender due to insufficient address, Maryluu is not responsible. If your item has returned to sender, when the item is returned successfully we will contact you about the shipment. If your item is return to sender the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total if you would like to return that package for a refund.
Q: Can I cancel my order or update the address?
A: If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, an email must be sent to hello@maryluu.com ASAP within 12 hours of placing your order. (We do not guarantee cancelations or address changes).
